How much is the maintenance plan?
$199/yr (regularly $259 — save $60). You get 2 maintenance visits, free service calls, and 15% off all repairs. One-time tune-ups are $89.
What's included in a tune-up?
A thorough 25-point inspection: condenser coils, refrigerant levels, thermostat calibration, electrical connections, capacitors, drain lines, airflow, and more. You get a written report with photos.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no contract and you can cancel anytime. No cancellation fees, no hassle. Your business is earned every visit.
How often do visits happen?
Twice a year — once in spring to prepare your AC for summer, and once in fall to prepare your heating for winter.
What does 'free service calls' mean?
If something goes wrong between visits, you get a diagnostic at no charge (normally $59 per visit). You only pay for the repair itself — at 15% off.
Who does the tune-ups?
Me, one of my sons, or a member of our in-house crew. Never subcontractors. You'll see the same familiar faces who know your system.
