$199/yr (regularly $259 — save $60). You get 2 maintenance visits, free service calls, and 15% off all repairs. One-time tune-ups are $129.
What's included in a tune-up?
A thorough 25-point inspection: condenser coils, refrigerant levels, thermostat calibration, electrical connections, capacitors, drain lines, airflow, and more. You get a written report with photos.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no contract and you can cancel anytime. No cancellation fees, no hassle. Your business is earned every visit.
How often do visits happen?
Twice a year — once in spring to prepare your AC for summer, and once in fall to prepare your heating for winter.
