The size of your home
Square footage, ceiling height and sun exposure set the tonnage. A bigger system costs more equipment and more labor.
The brand you pick
Goodman, Carrier, Armstrong Air and American Standard all sit at different price points. Every one of them comes with the same warranty package from us.
How efficient you want to go
A standard 14–15 SEER2 system is the value end. A 16–20 SEER2 variable-speed system costs more up front and cuts the CPS bill every month after.
