"Carnes and Sons installed a brand new AC/Heater system in my house after my old unit gave out. They did a fantastic job with the install and had me up and running in only a couple days. I got quotes from around 8 vendors and they were significantly cheaper for the brand and high end unit that I wanted installed. They were legitimately the cheapest option I got quoted despite them providing the highest end unit. Other companies were quoting me 2-8k more for similar systems or quoting the absolute most basic AC system and still changing more. Do yourself and wallet a favor and give them a call. I also spoke directly with the owner several times during the quote process and he was always extremely helpful in addressing any questions I had as I was deciding which company to choose. Once the install was complete they handled setting up the inspection and did the product warranty registration making everything a very smooth and easy process."

"Wife and I are in our 70s and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carnes & Sons for any HVAC issue you're having. Background: Our 23 year old unit finally decided to quit for good so we purchased an entire new A/C System from Carnes & Sons last month (outside and inside with a heat pump). ***Keep in mind our inside unit was in the attic so that complicated the tear down and new installation because of the tight proximity.*** Before recommending a particular brand, Mr. Carnes asked us how long we intended to continue to live at our home. Based on our response, Mr. Carnes recommended a brand whose price point was more than fair based on our response and budget. Installation was scheduled 48 hours after purchase and the 2 man crew were fast, efficient, thorough, and explained each phase of the installation in a manner even an old guy could understand. Now, here's the real SEAL of APPROVAL. On Mother's day evening, (approx 10 days after the installation), we noticed a small drip leak from the return register in our bedroom. I called Mr. Carnes who promptly answered and within an hour (on Mother's Day evening), he had one of the installation crew members come out that same evening. We thought it might be a clogged drain line. The finding: The plywood platform (23 years old) had sunk with the weight of the new unit and caused the leak. It was temporarily fixed that evening so we wouldn't have to bear the extreme heat and within 36 hours, Mr. Carnes had his crew back at my home with a new and more improved method of stabilizing the Air Handler where we were assured the problem would never recur. Mr. Carnes earned more than our respect by prioritizing our problem and not make excuses or delay the situation. Our home has two units and this is the second one we have hired Carnes & Sons to replace.
