1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Carnes & Sons AC Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to customers ("Customer," "you," or "your") in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Carnes & Sons AC Repair provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services including:
- AC system repair and maintenance
- New system installation and replacement
- Emergency AC Repair services
- System diagnostics and inspections
- Indoor air quality solutions
- Commercial AC Repair services
3. Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
Our diagnostic fee is $65 (regularly $99). This fee is credited toward any approved repair work.
Estimates
No charge for in-home system replacement estimates. All estimates are provided in writing with guaranteed pricing before any work begins.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options available with approved credit
- 0% long-term financing available on AC replacements and upgrades
4. Warranties
Service Warranty
We provide a warranty on our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided with each service.
Equipment Warranty
New equipment installations come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims and provide documentation as needed.

We maintain comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance to protect our customers and employees.
6. Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 emergency AC repair services. Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls. Emergency rates will be disclosed before service begins.
If we cannot complete your repair the same day, we provide portable AC units to keep you comfortable until repairs are completed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to AC equipment
- Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
- Providing accurate information about system issues
- Regular filter maintenance between service visits
- Notifying us of any concerns during or after service
8. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 2 hours notice for service cancellations. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge.
