The installers were very knowledgeable, super friendly, professional, and constantly updating on the progress with detailed explanations. They also go over everything after the job is complete. "Carnes & Sons are the best AC company I could find. I had 10 businesses quote my project but only Carnes & Sons had the right brand at the right prices. They upgraded my system with top of the line LED purifier... got it installed and working within a few days of initial contact. They helped me get through the 4th of July weekend with portable units u til they could install on Monday. That is customer service. They have my business going forward!..."
